Same here. In WvW trying to get to Eradon Terrace Borderlands.

The video after taking back the docks was causing the game to crash for me too, but turning the graphics to best performance allowed it to play properly.

Did you get through it? I turned the graphics to best performance and it worked:)

Hey, guess what! It was suggested to me to turn the graphics down, so I turned the options to best-performance. AND IT WORKED! I got through the take back the beach objective and the video played as it should! No problems:D

P.S. The game “crashes” without the option to send a crash report. Windows (7) gives a message that the Guild Wars 2 Client has stopped working.

We are definitely not the only people to have this problem.
I don’t know how, but my wife somehow made it through this mission with her character. Luck? She said she didn’t try to revive anyone.

I was leaving roan pass(?) to an area north of there, near holbrak, and got kicked. Didn’t catch the error code, but can’t log back in.

Edit: Moments later, I can log back in:D

When doing the Fort Trinity section of the story mode. The one that recommends level 71. I am able to get through defending the different sections and then retreating to the center and closing all the gates, then retaking the center. When I get to retaking the docks and finish that and it tries to go to the cutscreen, it crashes. I have tried 4 times I think and it does it every time.

My wife started the quest for herself and was able to complete it:D Thanks for reading, and do I need to remove this forum topic?

My wife and I have been playing a female Sylvari thief and trying to participate in helping defend wardenhurst from the undead. Twice the game has frozen on us: the screen freezes and the current sound repeats. I was able to exit the program though task manager and restart.

Any advice on this?
