I did request it by replying to the same email that I used to remove the authenticator. That was my question of this topic, should it have been a new ticket rather than responding to the old one?

My account was hacked due to email being compromised. Now that I fixed my email problem, the support helped me remove the authenticator which was put by the hacker. Problem is, most of the stuff on the account is gone and the support is silent for 2nd day now (when removing the authenticator, they answered in a matter of hours). The following link says I am entitled to a one-time restoration in such cases: https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/27658708-Restoring-Your-Account-After-a-Compromise . Am I misunderstanding something, should I open a new ticket, or should I try asking the support until they answer me? I would not be posting here, if there was some communication between the support, but after getting the account back, there was nothing but silence from their end. So, in short, is it normal not to get a reply for so long, when the support was replying quickly.

It’s sad I really looked forward to it. Hopefully after 4th world it will be permanent as the box will not be “upgraded” anymore.
