I never meant for it to affect WvW in any way. Just a little celebration. Yes, the celebration would go on even though the map had been reset, hence the “There are rumors that enemy forces are regrouping already.”
Also, the only thing I changed in my edit was adding the Benefits part because it looked incomplete without a “why” after I reread it.
We need a victory party for the server that wins WvW for the week in their bracket. The cities of the victorious server should have confetti falling and random npc’s commenting on it, like “Did you hear, we won the mist wars!” “Our soldiers are so brave!” and “There are rumors that enemy forces are regrouping already.”
The victory celebration should last for 24 hours so that every time zone can see it. This should be “fluff” only and not delay the start of the new week’s battle.
Benefits: Fun, would inspire more people who normally don’t play WvW to try WvW.

Is the WvW team aware that many thief skills are dependent on stealth?
For example, our main healing trait is Shadow Protector: “When you stealth an ally, they gain regeneration for 5 seconds.”
Are we going to start having traps that take away a core mechanic of other classes?
(oh by the way guys, we are a carefree guild, just Sundays we do real quick guild missions, other than that, have fun and do whatever you want
Nobody wants to join your WvW guild for mandatory PvE events. Actually no guild should have “mandatory” events of any kind. If something is fun people will show up. If it’s not fun, you shouldn’t “force” them to. This is a game, not a job. The goal is to have fun.
Back to WvW. Has anyone used any of the new traps yet? Are they worth it?
It was fun fighting with you when you were on Maguuma, Zero. I always liked the way you stayed (mostly) calm and were able to take basically anyone who was willing to follow you and make an effective fighting force. Herding cats isn’t the easiest of jobs but you excel at it.
Thieves aren’t OP, they’re just annoying. It’s their class feature. If you take that away, you might as well take away the whole class.
Actually it was on purpose I joined their party.
HEY GUYS. KAINENG USES SPIES!!! SPIES!!!
I like that traps are set at your feet. I think placing at your feet makes it feel more like setting a trap. Plus, it makes it so you have to lure the enemy to it (like a trap) instead of casting it on the enemy (like an aoe spell). However, I do have a problem with them being single target. Why not have a trap that, when triggered, creates an area affect, like the caltrops skill but instead of using caltrops directly, you drop the trap and when the enemy hits it, boom caltrops everywhere.
