I had these issues just now (last hour or two) on my Humans and Norn.
It seems to be a lag issue, when I’m up there on my own (Aussie btw) I can’t time it right so I had to wait until someone else made it up there with me so I could gauge the jump correctly.
Even though it appeared wrong on my screen I made it through if I jumped when the other guy did.

I passed through the floor even though they’ve already appear.
The half-gear after the second chest appears to be glitchy and took a sec to be in the right position.
Logged out and in and everything is fine~

I jumped immediately when the clock surface broke
Just throwing this out because I’ve hear people say they’ve couldn’t get in the clock face. On a normal to fast paced attempt to the top, you would have to wait 1 full rotation of the clock face before the glass around it opened revealing a hole. You have only a 1-2 second window to jump in said hole.
I’m just putting that out there because I’m not sure how fast you got your thief there on your attempt. Possible when you got there the whole already busted open and you got in, but with your other characters you didn’t wait the rotation for the clock face to blow a hole in itself?
Usually i need to wait for 1 rotation.
All my other character got in the tower in October, just my thief cannot get in today
I love the exceptional details they worked on LA and the clocktower.
Especially love the voice acting of the Mad King Thron, real charming when he’s not trying to murder you

I can’t seem to enter the attic of the clock tower today. i tried it 3 times with my thief.
I jumped it before with my other 3 character ( human , asura , char),
so i am pretty sure when and where to jump
does anyone have the same issue?
The interface of the current TP isn’t really user-friendly.
Let’s post some suggestions here.
1. a giant Home button
2. a giant Previous Page button
3. Place them like a internet browser
4. stop reloading the TP page after clicking the other tab and back the TP tab (Or please at least separate the filters)
5. add “light”, “Medium”, and “Heavy” to Armor subcategory
6. …??
