i reseated everything and did my best to clear dust, but I still seem to be having this temperature problem. I want to say, I don’t have a standard 560, I have one of these http://us.msi.com/product/vga/N560GTXTi_Twin_Frozr_IIOC.html so if this thing is getting too hot I really want my money back. Does anyone have advice on where to continue from here? I can see that the fans on my cpu heatsink aren’t spinning, I dont know why that’s the case but according to the onboard temp monitor it sits at 29 degrees (33-34 on gw2) so it shouldn’t be a problem?
The fans were spinning at 100% capacity. There are visible dust bunnies inside, if I clean those out should it fix everything?
As I said before, I have tried all different in game graphics settings to no avail.
What sort of test using prime95 would you have me use?

I have a high end computer capable of playing all games including this one at max settings. I played with max settings not 9 months ago, but the past two weeks whenever I try to get back into this game I find the game simply wont let me. I’m limited to a maximum of 10 fps regardless of settings. I’ve gone through all of the suggestions already on this forum, which were minimal and failed to fix anything. Others have suggested that the pcie x16 was not running at x16 while the game was running. Having just checked, I can assure you this is not an issue. Is there any way to fix this?
