I have the same problem right now… I bought 2 copies using my paypal at buy guildwars site one for me and one for a friend living in australia.. my friend had download issues so it took time to figure out how to resume her download then after 2 days we tried to login for the first time to find out our accts got suspended and paypal refunded the 200usd i paid for the 2 games…
