Thanks for Lifetime Survivor info everone but does anyone know if the portals are bugged and cause you to die?

I have really been confused about the Lifetime Survivor Achievement. Does it mean getting to level 80 without dying?

Also if you die can you continue to work towards achieving the Lifetime Survivor Achievement?

I don’t know if anyone has ever reported this bug but I for some reason got killed when I went through a portal. I didn’t do anything stupid or weird I just walked casually into a portal.

This happened to me only once previously and I was totally shocked.

I am trying to get the Lifetime Survivor Achievement (get to Level 80 without dying) so if this portal problem keeps happening to me, the Lifetime Survivor Achievement will be practically impossible for me to achieve.

I would really appreciate it if the Guild Wars2 Team went into my account and removed my 1 death (this Portal Death is the only time I have died in this account).

I know the bug I am about to report may have been heard many times but I am asking when will the Guild Wars 2 Lifetime Survivor Achievement bug be fixed? The Lifetime Survivor Achievement bar does not increase when gaining xp. I get bored easily from MMORPG games without a challenge and the Guild Wars 2 Lifetime Survivor achievement is definitely one of the aspects why I play Guild Wars 2, so I really really hope this bug is fixed soon and it would be nice if I was given given a reply from someone from the GuildWars 2 team.

I get bored with most MMORPG games without a challenge. Guild Wars 2 with its Survivor achievement is definitely one of the main aspects that encourages me to play the game. So I hope the Guild Wars 2 producers fix this bug soon.
