My Brother recieved an email stating his email address had been changed, he immediately opened a ticket, that was on the 4th of September, since then he has heard nothing back apart from an automated response, someone is playing his account, arenanet hasnt stopped his account, so he will probably be banned for gold selling or something if he ever gets into his account again, how can it take so long?. we bought this game so that we could play it together, any news on when he is likely to get his account back ?. his ticket number is 120904-002489
