My armor and weapon is too low for my level and I’ve been doing champion chain events at Queen’s Forest, but all it drops for me is weapons that are below my level.

I am currently level 17.

What FPS should I expect from my computer?

4gb ram
Radeon 5770 HD

I am getting 15-19 fps which isn’t that good since I was getting 40-60fps on world of warcraft.

Just bought the Heroic Edition and I was wondering do I get a Heroic Chest with every character I create on my account or it is just a one time thing?
