Guild Wars 2

The dialogue from characters is really buggy since they are muted if I am in front or behind them. please fix

I would like to know how to re-subscribe to the emails of gw2 updates since I unsubscribed a while ago. I cannot figure out how to do so. Can somebody please help me?

When NPCs are speaking in missions and campaigns, I can’t hear them unless I move to some sort of sweet spot around them, otherwise if I am directly in front or anywhere outside of that area they sound either distant or muted.

I have tried to whisper and message the leaders of these guilds [Bridge to the Nine Worlds and Emerald Knights] in which I have taken interest in joining, and none have seem to be online to reply. If any of you are in these guilds and are wanting to recruit me, please invite me (or inform your guild leader to invite me). That would be great
