Guild Wars 2

Ever since the patch on 1/3/2013, my in game sounds would all of a sudden get cut and replaced by a humming siren sound. It is then usually followed by a game freeze and not responding status. Any else encounter this problem and/or fix the issue?

So far has happened 3 times, twice in Frostgorge Sound during Jormag and once in Cursed Shore at shelter’s camp during the event.

So I’m not wasting any stats using them outside WvW then.

So I was looking for a rune to put into my armor and decided with the rune of the elementalist, however, all of the stats were already highlighted blue and when i put one into my armor it says 7/6 even though I don’t have any.

Is this a bug or does each class have the rune bonuses by default?
