Guild Wars 2

I have 2 rangers, one is working fine, the Norn Ranger. The one that is bugged is the Asuran Ranger which keeps healing the second it is off of cooldown.

1. Which of your builds do you recommend for solo open world play, and to start dungeons/ fractals? I just started this game about 2 weeks ago, and I am almost lvl 80. So i need to start working on getting those ascended accessories.

2. You also mentioned that some builds are more newbie friendly than others. How do you rank them from easy to hardest?

3. I was going to follow your gear pieces for armor, and maybe runes of the Centaur or Air, not sure which yet. But do you have any recommended gear updates for PVE? I have a starting budget of about 40 gold (thanks to friends).
