I got a reply from the GM saying that my account has been restored and he gave me a new password which i couldn’t use.. so i just went to https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery to reset my password and verify my email and it works! If any of you guys couldn’t get in with the new password that they gave you, hope this will help. Anyway…

I’ve received a response suggesting that i change my password and i have done that but I’m still banned from the game. Any idea when you will release my account again so that i can join my friends in the game?

A week back i reported that i had about 2g missing in my inventory, thinking it was a glitch but i reported it anyway in-game (so i assume due to all the bugs fixes my report went missing) So today i wanted to play but and error appeared stating that my account has been permanently banned due to gold selling. I sent a ticket. But during that time a friend who was in-game said that my Character was online. So i sent another ticket to the Hacked account category. I didn’t get any emails saying that my account has been logged-in with a different IP so i don’t know how this could have happened. I assure you that I AM NOT A GOLD SELLER and i have a lot of friends who are playing GW2 that would vouch for me.

Anyone in this thread has resolved their problem? No one? I don’t want to be waiting weeks and months just for this T_T
