This runeset has been bugged since launch and there’s still no fix or even acknowledgement of the issue?
I’ve done a search for keywords and haven’t found a similar topic, so here it is.
1: +25 Vitality
2: +20% Swiftness duration
3: +50 Vitality
4: 5% chance to gain swiftness for 30s when hit. (Cooldown: 60s)
5: +90 Vitality
6: +7% movement speed while using swiftness.
The 6 piece bonus for this rune set does not work. There is no bonus to movement speed while under the effect of swiftness.
Also, not really a bug, but the 4 piece bonus seems severely lacking when compared to similar quality rune sets.. 5% on being hit? on a 60s cooldown? I think I’ve seen the effect proc less than 10 times in the many hours I’ve had it equipped. It would make more sense if it was 5% on hit or maybe 10% on being hit for 15s on a 30s cooldown.
Just my opinion.
This is still an issue, the +7% speed increase to swiftness does not work at all.
On a side note, I can’t help but think that the “5% chance to gain swiftness on being hit” bonus for this set should actually be “5% chance to gain swiftness on hit”. 5% is insultingly low, I’ve seen the effect proc maybe twice in 50+ hours of combat. The ‘bonus’ is next to useless and fairly underwhelming when compared to other superior rune sets.
