This is actually making me upset. I have the same problem with no solution being offered even though I have made a support ticket over 5 days ago now.
Yet my mail in game has received nothing from my friends thus far even though they have sent me numerous mails containing lots of crated items among other things
I have reported this with in game support and have yet to receive any response from them and that was a week ago.
My friends have sent me mail and I have yet to receive it. They sent it almost a week and a half ago and they had sent items in the mail to me. Others have received mail from those people as well. My wife has another account and plays on the same IP address as me and is receiving mail from the same people that have sent them to me too. Mei receive nothing or if I DO get them it is 4-5 days later or not at all. Recently it has been none at all.
This is getting major for me. We are trying to help each other with crafting and the like and are unable to now because we can’t trade with each other
