The problem with this is that with the lord currently giving 150 points, he stays relevant to the match. Any lower and there would be no reason to kill the lord.
Ultimately; it’s gonna have to come down to what the devs are going to do about the power creep. If they rebalance the classes appropriately they wont need to change much. On the flip side if they do nothing about it; the devs are gonna have to completely change the way foefire mechanics work.

I never understand why so many people want PvE in a PvP map. There is a whole HoT map for PvE if that;s what people want to do.
No one is suggesting for pve mobs in pvp (if I had it my way i personally would want a round based arena style 2v2, 3v3 etc…).

Title says it all; Foefire just needs to be adjusted someway mechanically to become a favorite of mine again.
I mean this in a temporary fashion ofc; because currently getting to 350 then rush lord seems to be the only strategy. Add to the current power creep and there is very little a team can do to stop it.
This goes for both winning and losing by mid match.
If they want to make it viable in both game types it should be like this:

The real problem imo is that diamond skin gives Eles to much mobility in a fight; so i think the best way to balance the trait would be to make them ONLY immune to damage based conditions, and make them susceptible to soft-cc (ie: Cripple and Immobilize). Not sure if Chill should be put in there considering Reaper makes Chill do damage.
What do you guys think?

Support might change you back. I’ve read a few threads where people contacted then and they were returned to their old server. That’s the only way
I hope they can do that. plus i also transfered from from a high tier world (fort aspenwood) to lower one so that may be a issue as well.
I had accidentally transferred from my home world to another when i was attempting to just guest for and event in Orr for the temple of balthazar event. Is there anyway i can return without having to wait the 7 days to get back in time for the WvW tournament?
