Ive got two tickets that got the we don’t care no response treatment and its been awhile now

If you’re basically telling me i can’t play and won’t recieve help then can i get my money back for the game i can’t play or is this a way to hustle some money. It’s really frustrating

Theres a thread that said they had one but ppl said it took to long for help. And i gotta post a ticket on a thread to get help then there’s no point in a ticket service now is there. It’s not good help for those who dn’t recieve any. 5 day wait for everytime i need helpsounds ridiculous. Im not just complainin or need constant help. I was told my account had unauthorized access by the launcher and then i try to clarify that. Hacked or w.e accounts should be priority not just a SOL response

Only thing i agree with EVildogg is the customer service sucks. I remember i could put in a ticket with wow and get a same day response nd if it was a hacked account ticket i got a response within minutes. I put a hacked account ticket in and i havent heard anything for three days. It’s almost like they don’t care at all which sucks cause now i can;t play a game i payed for….that’s harsh treatment of a customer…..

I just don’t see how you can charge ppl money for a game but don’t want to help them. Ive been waiting three days to receive some help on my account that i was told be error message was hacked. Yet noone has said anything to me since i put in my report. It must be nice not to care about customers. They said they had a phone service but stopped it because it took too long. Then they get a service where they don’t have to respond or even look at your ticket. That’s soo much better. Seems they just didn’t want to deal with people having problems. I really want to play and shouldnt be suspended from my account when ive done nothing wrong. Ive only played the game for two days then get suspended and no explanation why? What kind of support is that?

Its not even that. I got suspended for someone hacking my account but when i sent a ticket to get some type of help I got nothing. I even updated to try and gives even more info. I read your thread where you say hacking is top priority yet its been 3 goin on 4 days and i havent even heard from anyone. It’s a shame theres no number because you wait all this time and recieve no help so what’s the point of even putting in a ticket for assistance you cant recieve?
