Foot Fall effect for the 'Lesser' Legendary's

My suggestion is that we should be given the option to add foot fall effect to the higher level exotic weapons for example Volcanus, Infinite Light, Cragstone, Mjölnir and others
these weapons are very difficult to make
they are the next best thing after legendary’s

so my suggestion is that we should be able to throw them into the mystic forge along with 3 other mats, of their respective type of course, and get a weapon out that has a footfall effect
it could be the same as a legendary, for example volcanus could share one with the incinerator, or it could have a totally different one, for example fire shooting out some more realistic fires like the one volcanus has on its blade

the mats can be stacks of loadstones like molten or destro
and another eldritch scroll or any thing along these lines

but the main idea is to make these weapons slightly more special because they require a lot of hard work to make espically Mjölnir and Infinite light

this should be fixed
it shouldn’t be like this
even with the zenith Weapons or any other GS for that matter
you should be able to see the weapon fly not just see what we see right now

animation bug using the volcanus
it does not give a Firey Throw
for a weapon that is this difficult to make, it should have at least “that”

I am not sure if this is a bug or not but The mesmer and elementalist teleportation skill does not work when there is a slight difference of altitude
I am not sure if this is supposed to be this way or not
but when ever i try to tele to an area this is slightly above or slightly bellow me
it does not teleport me
but instead my character just staying in its place and undergoes the animation of post teleportation
in case of elementalist it just shows the lightning in the place that i wanted to teleport to
i have a picture included
i couldnt quit capture the lightning but i hope that the lit up area on the ground and the spell goin on cd is proof enough
