It is easy they play WvW because in S/TPvP u only have 1 Item that gives u stat´s and thats your necklace. So what will u change only a bit? U can change it to an other or you don´t change. And thats the reason why only S/TPvP sucks so much because they have nerved so much on the elementalist that in S/TPvP u only can play bunker nothing more.

For the Glascanon build you take 30 fire and 30 Air and i take 10 arcana for the possibility to dodge more when i crit.
Runes i take 10 % of all and 2 % critdmg all 6 runes

I opened this thread for asking. I use that build becouse i am not able to survive … i know it is a problem of mine and i asks other opinion becouse i’d like to know if there are different ways viable . Do u use that build in pve and pvp ? with which weapon set ? I am curious to learn

Sorry but you open the thread with crying that you have to put 30 SP in Arcana and that is not true.

You only need so much in Arcana if you want to switch so fast because you only uses button smashing not thinking about what can i do now in the element i am at momet and when i have to switch to other element and why i switch to this element.

If you are not abel to survive without switching so much you have to practice more time with your element , also you use so much the arcane evasion because it heals you. Why you need so much heal ? because you make something wrong. If you play right you don´t need so much heal because the enemy is death or you are running away.

Yes i use my Glascannon build in both Pve and TPVP i don´t go to WvW because in my opinion it is only Zergpower versus smaller grp. The biggest grp rush´s over the smaller grp.

Before you decide to change your build to an glascanon build you have to know that in glascanon build only 1 fault is enough and you die fast really fast.
You have not the possibility like a thief to get invisibel.
Its hard to learn but if you could you have no problem in PVE and PVP.

Weapon i use Double Dagger.

Must love all these self-proclaimed pro who keep saying eles are easy blah blah…I keep meeting these r40+ ele in tPvP and to say they’re awful would be a compliment really.

You come, spamm your rotation learned on youtube and then die 3s later against decent players who know eles

I’ll never get tired of these baddies fotm rerolles thinking of themself gods, spamming auras and using bunker build, I sit there with my burst build, they do their rotation that deal 0 dmg, I bait a couple of stun breaker, they mistform immediately…I follow with my burst and kill them…hahaha hilarious

I really hate to play along with another ele….9 times out of 10, they’re kitten awful, button spammers with 0 skills, no idea of what teamplay is, no help when you need, no strategy..nothing, just a fool who play around with his bunker build doing 0 dmg

I am them same meaning about the new era of reroller elementalist.
I play ma ele as an Glascannon build an i laugh every time i see this bunker build ele that means they are so good. Some times but really rare i found on that really knows what he does and dont only smashing buttons that the time i lose the fight versus them but the button smasher come here i lough and after finishing you i will jump near your corpse.

I find it funny that all are the meaning that you need 20 or 30 points in Arcana. Its the same art of funny then that all use the bunker support Build with 0 10 0 30 30 or nearby this build.

I also use this build before we get the nerf and it was really Overpowered i have made duells versus 4 Enemys without any problems.

Now a play the Glascanon build with 30 30 0 0 10 i don´r need really more in arcana if i use my switch right i don´t need to could switch every 5 sec.

Why all means you need to use switch so fast ? All this player that means it is necessary to switch so often are player how never have learned to play the elementalist.

I play elementalist since the first beta and i know when to use what skill and don´t only push the button for the skill that at moment have no couldown. That is the reason i don´t need to switch so often.

I have played so much versus new elementalist player and i never have difficult versus them because they never have understand what they do they only push buttons and think thats enough.

Only a small part of all that elementalist player you see in competitive pvp are really good elementalst player. Most of the elementalsit player are only hectic button smasher.
