I have been having this error for 2 days now. I’ve contacted them but I know their busy with the expansion coming up so I don’t mind waiting. Sad thing Is I’m full on character slots and need the gems to buy them up for tomorrow so I may just have to wait until they get back with me on the Issue and skip playing the new profession tomorrow.

It has been two days it is probably your credit card company you may want to give them a call

It Isn’t a credit card, I get the error with my Debit card and my pay pal account. I called my bank to check with them and they said everything looked good on their end and I should be able to use my Debit card as normal. Which I can since I went and picked up some food earlier. It seems to just be an Issue when attempting to buy gems. Any Ideas?

I’m thinking that It may be crashing due to stress. Right now with the expansion Imminent there are a lot of people trying to purchase gems, this Is just a guess but I bet that has something to do with It.

Also try not to attempt to purchase multiple times during the error as I’ve heard that doing so can sometimes charge you for each of those times once the error Is solved. (then you would have to refund those (unless you’re paypal, If you’re paypal and you try to go through them or your bank account you can get banned so make sure to go through Anet and no one else when addressing a refund))
