Ping. Where are we with this request?
ArenaNet folks, can you please give us an ECD on this request and where it is standing in your roadmap?
Where are we with this request? Can we please get a timeline?
So? Where is it? Where is UHD support for guild wars UI? Again failing to prioritize product manager?
This is still happening ArenaNet, when do you fix it?
GW2 support contacted me and we are trying to figure out what is wrong. The game should be reaching 60fps with me computer specs at the most heavily loaded environments.
Good! Tell me more about your system. Perhaps you can help me fix it on my side then. I have seen that my PCI-e link is at 2.0 2x instead of 3.0 16×. Do you think this could have anything to do? How is it that I only experience this with GW2 and not with any other game?
With my FX-8350 at 4.1GHz I get some 15-20 fps whereas with my Phenom II X6 at 3.3 GHz I get 30-35. Same settings, same OS, same graphics card, same software, etc.
Ideas?
Are they not breaching the terms and conditions by making the game unplayable?
Thank you for the video. Now back to the topic.
What will it be NCSoft? FIX or REFUND?
So after waiting for almost a year and having heard the different defenders of NCSoft/ArenaNET that I honestly appreciate but I choose not to hear any more, my question is whether the game is going to be fixed and I will be able to get at least 60fps at bottom performance with best visuals. At this point 15 fps with a top computer is unacceptable, even from the health perspective.
I want an honest answer from an official GW2 person, not a random defender or attacker of GW2. Are we going to get a good framerate at last (and I do not care what the solution will be) or do I have to ask for a refund since the game is not playable?
Thank you.
If you are talking from experience give references, otherwise your words are empty. Furthermore, your comments derail the conversation fromits purpose: to get GW2 fixed.
With respect to the game itself, it should not rely on my cpu which in any case never goes beyond 30% at maximum quality. So yeah, we are being ripped off and after a year of waiting, a ‘return my money’ is in place.
I have an AMD FX8350 CPU running 8 cores at 4.1GHz with 8GB of RAM at1866MHZ and an AMD Radeon HD 7950 with 3GB of GDDR3 RAM and I cannot get more than 19 fps. I cannot believe after revisiting the game 1 year later that it is still broken like hell.
