@Illconceived Was Na: If you read my post fully and not just respond to what you feel like it is mentioned that there is a ticket open about the issue – I have been working in a position very close to that of Support Staff’s in an MMO and know exactly how things work or are supposed to work thank you.
There is no issue with spam filtering at all and I have enough technical knowledge to know how to narrow down things like checking my spam folder lol
Generally speaking, if it was a bug that I had found that had not incurred a loss of items or something similar I would not expect a response from anyone, I would have left it as a general bug report, but this situation did incur a loss of items and so warrants a response from the Support Staff as those missing items should be issued to my account.
So thanks but OUR issue has not been fixed, the BUG was fixed but OUR issue of items that were not issued due to the bug is still outstanding.

Well, seems Support Staff do not read this section nor reply to tickets, the issue was fixed by the next day but the items we should have received on the day that there was an issue have not been restored, guess that’s the thanks I get for reporting a bug and I have been more then patient awaiting a response about this…

20 Manifestos of the Moletariate are given for a completion of each chosen Sorrow’s Embrace explorable path, with a bonus 40 for each path once a day.

but I am not referring to those I am referring to the base rate of manifesto’s you get just for running the paths which is 20 not 10 but thanks for trying to help Rose.

A few of us ran part 1 of SE today and the usual 20 manifesto’s were not given, only 10 were given. Yesterday we all received 20 as normal but today there appears to be something wrong. Can someone please arrange for our missing rewards to be given and take a look at fixing the bug.
