Some of the traits look odd for this build, theres next to none chance for crit, either of those pets give you boons so I have no idea on those trait choices.

The 10 in Skirmishing are purly for the pet. Jaguar eats thiefs with this traits

There is a very strong gs, s/d build out there. Don’t know specifics exactly but it has high regen from multiple sources, numerous evades, great mobility and good dps. Better sustain and mobility than an ele and can deal with bursty classes better as well.

Don’t listen to them. Ranger and engi are NOT useless. Engi has the best 1vX build there is (the patch may change that). Ranger the best ranged damage (for sieges or defending) if traited properly.
After you hit someone out of stealth you get a short debuff that prevents stealth… and ther is nothing to disagree about this, it is a good mechanic^^
