Bump, have the devs mentioned anything about this?

I’d like to suggest a mystic forge feature that would make it less tedious. For example if I choose to mystic forge charged cores into a charged lodestone, I must double click or drag all four items every single time. This gets extremely tedious when you need to 100 charged lodestones. This goes for many other mystic forge recipes. I understand perhaps if they wanted you to feel like it’s part of that end game grind for your legendaries or something like that, but personally I just find it something that can better the quality of life for frequent Mystic Forgers’. Similar to how a recent update allowed for vendor items to be purchased in bulk easily by being able to select how many times you wanted said item.

Hey there, I’m looking for a guild specializing in raids. I bring 3 characters to fill different roles, fully ascended. I have many VG kills but have a hard time finding pug groups to get the other bosses. I know the fights, so this would more be to actually get into the raid with groups. My current guild is not on the same level when it comes to raids so I need another that I can raid with on a regular basis. Please let me know if I would make a good fit into your guild.

In my experience this is usually because of a glitch where it shows the enemy in a different spot than they actually are, it lets me stomp but like you it fails because technically there is nothing there.

Seems the solution was as simple as updating my gfx drivers lol. Thanks for the help!

Basically, I launch the game and I get an error that says gw2 is a “bad image” I will upload a screenshot of this error. I suspect it was the new update my windows 10 did recently, but I did a fresh install of guild wars and it worked, but only the first launch. It refuses to open, I click “X” or “Ok” and the message keeps reappearing until I have to go to task manager to end the gw2 process. Any help would be very appreciated.

This was literally my first ranked game this season. Sadly the pace these guys set hasn’t really ever stopped. The MM system is really screwed in my opinion.

Love most aspects of the expansion, however all I do in this game is pvp and wvw, they are what I enjoy most about this game. The PvP is done great, I’m sure the skill balancing could be better, but I digress. I almost exclusively bought this expansion because I was under the impression I would be getting my elite specializations on day 1, and be able to enjoy my game. This isn’t the case, as many others have already stated better than I ever could.

I am not a big fan of playing the story or anything, while I personally feel it’s done well, it’s just not what I come onto Guild Wars 2 to do. I love the PvP aspects of this game, everything about it, countless hours of enjoyment. This expansion bothers me because it’s forcing me to do things I DO NOT want to do, I would much rather enjoy this game and some compromise be made between people in my situation and people on the other end telling me I need to enjoy the game their way. It’s a serious limitation for me, I do not like it. Please figure out a way to appease your customers.

That’s a good point, I haven’t thought about finding a team to enter those with. Then again, I like to just play and be rewarded, not trying to be some E-Sport superstar lol. I’m strictly talking just in game gold or at least items we can do stuff with. Wasn’t aware of these other changes people are discussing, so hopefully HoT can be the midas touch.

Z-keys are what I was referring to, but I forgot to actually say it lol. I mean honestly making money by doing PvP is the least lucrative way I can imagine, but it’s what I enjoy the most. I really feel like they need to implement a new way to make money doing this that can be equivalent of someone mindlessly running around picking up chests.

Okay, so this is my first time using the forums and I couldn’t really find any discussions that addressed making money playing PvP. My concern is people can go no life Silver Wastes and make 100g a day fairly reasonably, which takes little to no skill, mindless running around for chests. Where as someone who plays pvp all day is lucky to make 10g depending on how many games they win and the que times. In Guild Wars 1, you could do the AT and the MAT (Automated Tournament and Monthly Automated Tournament). Doing this would yield you a significant amount of money if you were good at the game. Same goes for HA (Heroes Ascent) I could go hold the hall of heroes for a couple hours and making good money for being good at the game. Granted there are lots of ways to make money in this game, but I don’t enjoy farming till my mind goes numb, or making spreadsheets to play the TP effectively. I feel like there is a big disconnect and I feel you don’t get rewarded for pvping like you should. Does anyone else agree with this? I would like to hear other peoples input on the subject, I apologize if this is already being discussed somewhere else.

Basically I was online when the patch went live, no big deal, log out to update client… then all heck breaks loose. Game wouldn’t download the last file and was stuck intializing for a good 4 hours…. Finally I had to reinstall the game, even that didn’t work.

I had to bypass some stuff with a command in the properties of gw2 for it to even download. Now that I have my game reinstalled and working (if you can say that) I have pings in excess of 900 for the last 2 hours, it’s bad… Anyone having the same problems, or know of a way to fix this?

EDIT: Likewise, used same method to get game to patch correctly, and now the lag has sorted itself out.
