Just wondering if someone could give a good explanation of why the necromancer’s condition duration effects the self applied conditions. I wouldn’t mind running CC on my condition build if it didn’t apply 6.25 secs of the vuln to me even.

Mord is sitting on a ley line. All of the waypoints that have the vines next to them are sitting on the ley line as well (can be seen via looking at scarlett’s probes). They are corruption from him spreading (one can even be seen in Lion’s Arch)
