I was having similar issues and came across an old thread which suggested changing your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 in Primary and 8.8.4.4 in secondary.

It worked for me!

heya i currently have the same problem it starts to download and stops then goes a bit more and stops been downloading for a while now and still only on like 25% and its my off day sigh pls fix it soon
