So my friend doesn’t have the game at all, but the only option to buy the game from the site goes to the expansion. So my question is if he buys the expansion now, does he get a code for the base game right away?

So i am unable to sell non-soulbound gear to the black lion trading post. I notice this mostly with gear acquired through WvW. From what i have seen, there is no particular gear that is worse or where the problem is more prevalent. The problem ranges from Crafting goods, such as globs of ectoplasm to minor Sigils to exotic pieces of gear. I have attached a picture showing that the weapon in my inventory isn’t soulbound, yet when i try to sell it on the trading post i am unable. These pieces of gear that i can not sell on the trading post, i can also not sell to vendors. So in my inventory i also have a stack of spikes. I am unable to sell these to a vendor. This issue has only been around for a few days now but was around before the Jan.21st patch.
