3. These small blips are fixing themselves faster than I can post a bug report.Then who really cares? Is your game experience killed when you need to talk to an NPC twice instead of once?
If you read my First post (which was posted in the bug forum and moved here)
I wanted to know if I should still be making bug reports since they are repairing themselves that fast and since it seems to be almost as much a waste of time as this is.

1. I have 2 lvl 80’s with 100% map completions, I understand how the NPC Skill challenges and the dynamics of the game is supposed to work. so please stop responding like I am an idiot.
2. This is the game responses will not work one min, a “talk” f key options one minute then going to a “greet” f key option. One min a chat bubble ,npc says something like “Your Quite Courageous” to the next min it pops up a window to fight them etc.. and no the NPC is not moving at all.

No cause when I tried it again, a chat window pops up to fight them.
I am running into Problems with interactions with NPC’S, For example I talked to a skill challenge npc and all I got is a chat bubble (no pop up etc…) so I submit a ticket, and I try to be a detailed as I can (location, screenshot etc..) and I submit the ticket and try it again and it works this has happend a few times in the last few days. The problem I have is fixed within minutes or during me submitting the ticket, I haven’t seen anything about this being a know issue,
should I still keep submitting tickets or just hang around and wait???

I haven’t read every post so I don’t know if someone had brought up this point, but I was reading an interview the programmers did a few months ago and they kept talking about how the game is on a cloud server with load balancing so it leads me to my first question:
1. Is the reason that the tests they are running can’t find anything “suspicious” or wrong is that the game is working the way it is supposed to?
I pose this because the one of the Major changes I have seen since November is that the Bot population is almost been completely wiped out. So could there be some relation to the bots and the drop rates. So my second Question:
2. Could the Bots have affected the drop rates or “environment” of the areas?
If the game is built on a load balancing system, it leads me to think that so many bots removed, that it would have some “effect” to that land since it is a dynamic system. That the drop rates have dropped because there are not so many Bots raising it etc….
So Anet please consider this as part of your tests the cause and effects of a truly dynamic world.
There needs to be a ingame way to report bots, something that will make it easyer for you to investagate, and easyer for us to report. and if you could offer a “bounty” on bots that would relly help getting them out of the game
