Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been wondering if you can use a transmutation stone to change the skin of my weapon in PVE to a PVP weapon skin? I’ve seen people with lots of cool skins and it takes way too much time farming to get the actual weapon, I don’t have the time. So is it possible?

Getting the same problem here.
Launcher is frozen at 0 kb. Maybe there are too many people downloading the update and the servers are jammed or something. Hope it gets fixed soon…
