Ok I found it,it is ArenaNet’s way to discourage server hoppers,switched from Jade Quarry recently back to Fort Aspenwood. It is the bonuses i wont be recieveing for a couple/few weeks for doing this. Ty Rottaran
Pre-patch I was sitting on 20,050 Hp after downloading the patches I noticed today I am at 18,915 Hp. I did weapon swaps,tried to even fix gear that wasnt broken,stripped off every piece of gear and put it all back on,nothing has worked. Anyone else experience this?

Hey Kynx,how is this workin out for you so far? I am currently on Jade Quarry,this thread has interested me for some time now,i wouldnt mind joining up and switching servers for some good wvw/gank action.
Lvl 80 Conditions thief full exotics minus earrings and 2 exotic weapon unes
Over 2k Condition damage fully buffed atm
