soo i delete my Charr necro to start a new Charr thief instead but as im going thu the process, i select my race charr, gender male, and then select theif and the screen goes all glitchy with red and green square pixle blotches and everything freezes making this high pitch ringing sound (like when your ears ring) there is no way out of this either, i tried everything to switch screens, pull up task manager, alt, ctrl +delete menu wont even work. only thing i can do is shut my computer off by holdign the power button down which isnt very health for my computer.

is this a common problem? i hate to complain, but it seems like lately ive been writing up more and more bug reports, tickets, and encountering more and more problems. this obviously being the worst.

any answers would be much appreciated

Ugh apon further investigation, i now notice all my Crafting collectables are also gone. Everything ive accumilated over time is gone, and now i only have the items that i have put in there today.

this is becoming more and more frustrating.

and also if its possible, can you look up my trade history with players?? as i know i have not traded anything with anyone or mailed any items to anyone. soo if there is someway to view that activity, it would give me the awnser as to who my items have gone to, if infact it was a security breach

Hello, first of all im not expecting to get my items and gold back, i basically want to know why it happened and if it is infact a bug or somebody hacked my account.

when i logged off lastnight i had atleast several silver, some junk item, and a bunch of runes also in my bank.

but when i logged on this morning, I had absolutely no money, all the runes in my bank where gone, pretty much everythign in my bank was gone actually. which is pretty wierd.

there wasnt very many valuble items but i couldnt understand how it could of gone missing.

I have since then changed my password, and tried looking current logins in my security options, but it only shows the last 3 times ive logged in today… which isnt helpfull since i need to see beyond that.

im praying this is a bug because i really dont wanna have to worry about people trying to steal my hard earned items. Please can you shed some light over this
