I main a Necro. 10 out of 10 times, I’m fighting in close and want to. I can’t stand the Ranger that just wants to pew pew from far away and keeps backing up. I understand strategy but spamming the # idk key only and that’s it is very lame. Typically, that person doesn’t kill me. I close the gap and stomp. It’s when you get 3-4 Rangers teaming up to cheese a fight.

What did you find in your inventory that is now worth a good amount of $$$$ and how much did you have?
I am about to take a long break from the game and was excited about a possible increase in my items upon returning. Just wanted to hear some success stories. Take care all.
This has happened to me on my Necro a few times down in sw. I have failed at trying to duplicate so I can report. Each time I was battling it out with multiple enemies and during the fight I became stuck. Flesh Wurm will let you teleport but keeps you stuck. I have to wp out in order to get free. When stuck, you can fight, look around and jump. Just can’t run away.
Do you harvest every node along the way? Do you break down all armor? Forge all rare 80 weaps? Combine all rare sigils for Superior? Sell your ectos? Do events along the way? Maximize VR by moving from fort to fort? Multiple Breach kills? Kill every Vet you pass? Ph’s to spawn more? Spawn some Champions on the route? Buy loot bags with shovels for mats?
Some of these make sense sometimes, and not at others, but it all adds up, wherever you play. There is no set gold/per/hour because there’s lots of ways to make gold. Ten gold/hr is relatively easy maintained average for standard chest run with mining.

There are soooooo many factors to include when trying to figure gold per hour in sw. Keep in mind, you are not going to be able to accurately come to a definitive number. RNG is RNG.
I’ve seen lots of posts with people stating they are not making much in sw…..or as much as others in sw (shovels/gold). I don’t think people are maximizing their time while there. You can’t just stay in one fort or one map and think you are going to get the shovels you are looking for. You need to move and you need to move a lot. I avg 3-4 shovels per breach (from 0/4 – 4/4). I jump from map to map when chest farming and breaching. Usually I’m just picking up the chests that were already opened by others and then jump to the next map (unless it’s a good farm, then I stay). Same with breaching. I’m off to the next map once we complete VW and pacman It’s a never ending cycle during peak times.
There’s value in account bound items, not just what you can instantly sell.
