Guild Wars 2

The black lion trading post won’t let me sell most of my items anymore like iron ore and lots of green and yellow items i get from dungeons and events. It used to work fine but now all i can sell is new materials and some loot i find in the world from normal mobs. One would think selling crafting materials would at the work but nope.

The Trading post works besides that but I just don’t get the option to sell the items. I send the items to friends to check if they were soulbound in some way but nope it send them without a problem.

I bought guild wars 2 when it came out and enjoyed playing it, I have lots of friends from around the world so i ended up transferring a lot cause you can’t make characters on multiple servers.
The problem with that is at some point transfers weren’t free anymore and I got stuck on NA servers and to go back to a server most of my friends play I would have to pay 30 euros to get the required 1800 ingame currency. Since I wasn’t comfrtable spending that much I just stopped playing the game because there wasn’t a point to play the game alone for me. 30 euros for a transfer is a lot considering you can buy the full game with 10 more.

This wouldn’t really be an issue if the game allowed characters across multiple servers. If I wanted to play with everyone I know I’d probably have to buy the game 2-3 times.
Most MMO’s have the option of having cross server characters so I was really surprised when I couldn’t play with everyone anymore especially on a AAA title. For someone who has limited income I rarely buy games so unless transfers get free or I can make cross server characters I’m probably done with guild wars.

The server I’d want to be on would be Gandara. But since friends take breaks from the game I’d prefer being able to be everywhere.
