Guild Wars 2

Man and I went hiatus cause no one does CoE seemingly and I just wanted the armor :p This Thief is still gonna sit on the side lines then.

I have looked at the wiki and have seen that Dungeon Vendors like http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Historian_Symon can sell Rare versions of the weapons for tokens. Yet when talking to the vendors (I’ve tried all of them) They only give the Exotic versions of the weapons and not the Rare ones, while there are both Rare and Exotic armors.

Is this a bug on the wiki? In the game? Is it just not implemented yet? I have not seen anyone pose these questions in any search thus why asked here.
