I’ve been coming there every day for the past week trying to get this last Sill Point for 100% World Completion, but the Hylek has been dead every time. I’m on Tarnished Coast by the way. Just wondering if Anet is aware of this and will be fixing it. Also, anybody know if there’s a server on which the skill point isn’t bugged?
