Guild Wars 2

Hiya!

Recently started playing GW2 again and I’m tired of running around soloing all the time. I’m looking for a active PvE guild with an active/friendly community!
Not that into WvW, but I’m always willing to try new things!

Hiya!

I started playing GW2 after this sunday, due to a friend inviting me for the weekend.
I noticed something strange that kinda made me think that I either missed something, or that it should be this way.

The thing is that whenever I enter a new area (after the norn starting place, can’t remember ze name) I obviously did all the quests I could find, and the personal quests. However after I did all of those I still found myself at around lv 10, and then the only quests I could find was for lv 13 and upwards. And I have been exploring the places around it, and found most, if not all, of the quests for my level.
And it’s not a huge problem doing those higher level quests, but I still feel like I’ve missed something.

So an explanation of how these things work would be superb.
