Hi ArenaNet, where do I lodge a formal complaint regarding the game?
I was completing the The Hand of Jormag event, spent almost 30 minutes and the event was almost done (less then 2%) when you forced all players to restart. When the game restarted of course the event was finished. Not just didn’t I get the reward but it didn’t count towards my dailies which was meant to be the last event.
Understand the need to do updates but the update should factor in the fact that people are spending time playing the game and want to receive the rewards. It’s disappointing as I feel I just wasted 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back – for nothing. Ironically, if I try to do the same event again I won’t receive the reward because of the DR.
I expect this to be rectified. Until such time I am not playing the game again. Thanks.
