Guild Wars 2

The weapons and armor that I automatically get upon zoning into mists while leveling to 80 were nice, to semi-balance things. Now that I’m lvl 80 I’d like to use my own gear. Is that possible? The only provided piece of gear that’s even remotely better than what I’ve already got is the “super amulet”, that’s it. I’m sitting at a whopping 4% crit atm in the provided gear, when in my own gear it’s closer to 65%. Also, (I’m a warrior) I’d like to use my own weapon sets rather than being stuck with a rifle and dual wielding axes. I absolutely loathe dual wielding axes and would prefer the condition build with swords. Also, having the option to swap to a sword and board for my off set would be handy. Any thoughts on this? Or am I just stuck being forced to use what they give me with zero other options?

This is SO frustrating… I keep getting my own instance and it is impossible for me to join the rest of my party. We were all standing around right by each other when the CM group filled up. The party leader ran inside with the rest of us following shortly after. I clicked the popup saying, “blah blah [Enter Story Mode (level 40]” and it instantly ported me inside… of my own freaking instance. This has been happening to me for days and it’s really testing my patience. I waste time waiting around for a group to fill up and then the game refuses to to put us all into the same instance? C’mon, this can’t be that hard to fix, all I want to do is join my group and actually run a dungeon. :/
