Does the magic find bonus apply while salvaging something? Do we get better salvage when we have magic find bonus applied?

The one in plains of ashford (Titus Gearclaw) has been bugged on Gandara for 3 days!!
The circle keeps going on and on and search never ends. Restarting the game helps some times. I think, eventually, as the number of items listed increase they may need to purchase more servers dedicated to trading.
There are so many other bugs too; but, when people can’t login they really get the time to post about those things on the forum
1. Skill Challenge in the north west corner of Plains of Ashfrod. 2. Skill Challenge in the south west corner of Fields of Ruin.
