Guild Wars 2

Can’t interact with the cannons. When i tried reflects with class abilities, they didn’t seem to hit the giants. I tried again with a friend, once again stuck at the giants

I’ve seen several bugs early on in the mission, but i’m not having problems there. I’ve killed the Mouth and am attempting to escape. I get to the outer door (which i read is supposed to be opened by an NPC) and nothing will happen. The NPCs follow me like sheep and do nothing. all i can do is get generic responses from the and a locked door prompt.

I ended up restarting and haven’t tried again (yet). is it a bug or was there something i neglected?
