Same problem for me. Very annoying.

I am experiencing this right now on the Kaineng server.

Kaineng, works perfectly here now! Also, the event was not even on at the time. Not sure if it was simply removed or what.

Bugged on Sorrow’s Furnace. Same as reported through this thread. More elaboration though-

Cows Alive: 2

There are no cows in the area. Wish it would be fixed

Same, Kaineng server. I kept killing the harpies nonstop for 5 minutes and no quest progress update at all.

Broken on here on Kaineng.

Stuck at 3/5 tests completed with 2 cows needed and 2 cows alive.

Event title:
“Defend Mad Mardine’s cows from harpies while he tests his invention.”

Has been broken for at least a few days that I know of.
