Aight.. What are the Bert utilties for a power necro before 30?

Ive picked up Dagger/war horn and Staff. I feel those are the best for me. Currently going power.

Where do I get runes?
Didn’t like the minions.

Is 170 power good at lvl 10?

And I have no idea what I’m doing.

What weapons should I use?
Traits n Skills?
Others?
