Played HoT on friday, logged in today, no HoT on account…lovely.

Bought from G2Play, although this should be irrelevant. Anet accepted the cd key i bought (legally) and then revokes it.

Thanks for the answers Wax and Mercury, I just took a gamble and deleted the files found in – Win7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\{<id>}\ and it WORKED!

I got my BL back, sadly the person who asked for it in the original thread and where I found the answer did not (he had XP).

Seems deleting the files did not help (read the whole thread posted above).

Would a re-install of the game help? Painful for a flaw that is obviously browser based. I did also delete everything from my browsers, no help.

Can you actually get an official response from this site?

Well if I would only get some actual official instructions it would be great. I found among other things this thread while searcing the web (not much help though).

I´ve been playing since release and not had a single issue, until now (nothing has changed, no internet settings, no firewall, no new router, still same girlfriend…). A day or two after the Dragon Bash event my BL just stopped working, I did use it frequently during the first days of DB so it was not the patch.

I can get the money out, but I just get the loading “circle” and the top “tabs” visible. I can´t press them though, or nothing happens if I do. This is the same no matter which “tab” I have open.

A day without BL is fine, two days is annoying, but after 4 game days it really starts to effect my gaming (might have had a day or two off gaming).

I have sent a ticket about this ingame a few days ago, no answer on that yet.

Bought a Broom from BL but never got it…then I thought well I will convert some in game gold to try again, if it was just a random bug, but didn´t get one on the second try either.

First try was with real money (bought gems) so kinda sad I didn´t get it. Ofc not happy to be spending gold on stuff I never got either

Hopefully someone will answer the bug reports I sent ingame after both “events” too…
