Anyone have any good suggestions for light armor? Light cultural armor for Norn doesn’t look good imo.

I am planning to try out a Phantasm build with either of the two builds:
20-15-0-25-10 or 10-15-0-25-20
My question is, which would be better for a Phant build:
Greatsword training or Phantasmal Haste? I normally use GS&Staff or GS&S+F.
