Ok, I was actaully able to fix this:
Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs (in LA) sells every item you are supposed to be able to buy.

as you can see in the attachment, I can’t find Michotl Tribe’s Herbs at the merchant indicated, Cook Huelic.

How can I fix this?

can you look into this? I had same problem. I rarely found a map with and organized attempt, once I get one I’d like to have the chest for the event…

yeah bulk buy is bugged! really annoying!
also, Skins category doesn’t show anything XD anyone else got this problem?

it’s a bug, it should be fixed. Well of course, anet will fix this next year because it’s an engi bug, so who cares? XD (we do…)

Hi, I’m having this problem too. Have you noticed any improvement? I’m trying this trait and it seems like nothing is changed. Maybe they are not looking into it

I’ve reported this bug with the in-game “Report a Bug” too. Hope I will hear from you soon.

Hi everyone,
I’m up to trying new builds for the engi, and I was giving a shot to the tools trait II, Static Discharge.

It seems that sometimes it just go into the ground, as you can see in my screenshot. On the other hand sometimes works fine, and it does a nice ammount of dmg too.

Anyway, shame on me for not reviving people while I was taking screenshots! XD

Is it a known bug?

Just started having the same issue – Lag spikes where the game stands still for around a minute (Meanwhile I can browse webpages and stuff just fine) – Eventually ending with the same error code as you guys.

that’s exactly what happens to me

Location: Italy

same here no matter where I am, dungeon or wvw or any of the pve zone.
It can’t be the ISP. Different locations, different ISPs, same problem? c’mon…
