Seafarer’s Rest player, started the game a few hours ago, a new patch was available, and the game became laggy. I also checked everything i could from drivers to connection (everything up to date and flawless connection without any lag on other software and giving me maximum results on speed tests), and when i decided to do a full router/pc reboot, i got perfect gameplay for about 3 to 5 mins tops, after which the lag started to become more and more noticeable until it was unbearable again.

Exact same issues here. Was looking around the forums for a relevant post and saw yours.
