I’ve been having these same issues over the past couple days (and I still haven’t been able to log in) currently I’ve been patching (I guess?) for the past 30 minutes and only at 2208 KB. I get “bursts” of 30kb per second at a time and then it trickles back down to 0kb/s for several seconds. This is extremely frustrating and I’m not sure I have the patience to keep dealing with it.
