Gaile, this statement of “very soon” has been used for over six weeks. Surely you can narrow it down a little more then that. There are a lot of people sitting on the ege of their seats waiting for this “very soon”…. so how soon is “Very Soon”?

WHY does every thread that relates to Account restoration gets either locked or deleted.

This thread was locked and the posts inside have been DELETED, so i started this thread – https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Account-restoration-merged-thread-deleted/first#post934151 to find out what was going on.

In both posts the mods have replied with half arsed answers as if they dont understand english. This seems to be a mild attempt of covering up blatant issues associated with account recovery.
We want to be kept informed, we DESERVED to be kept informed, so stop trying to sweep your issues under the carpet because your dev team didnt get something done, that was a neccesity, before launch.

There can be far more detrimental places then here to talk about GW2’s short comings.

Mods…. if you dont want to read or answer the questions correctly, at least have a decent attempt of making us think you actually give a kitten……

was to the thread containing info about trying to get your account restored, and the progress of GW2’s on the restoration software.

The posts in this thread all appear to be deleted? Or am i having a malfunction?
