Guild Wars 2

Hey all, im trying to download the game using the game launcher.
The download speed is very inconsistant, it goes up to max for a few seconds and then goes down to 0 for a few seconds. you can see it in my Ethernet usage graph:

This is not happening while trying to download other things on my pc so I know this only happens with guild wars 2.
Is there anything I can do?

Hey everyone, im playing since beta but I have never found a guild that I was happy with.
what im looking in a guild is very social and chatty people, that can my friends and not just people who have the same tag as me.
I dont really like huge guilds, i prefer the mid-low ones.
My main is an elementalist in Desolation named Grainee, i prefer a guild that is in Desolation so I can play wvw with you guys
