When doing the quest “The Source of Orr”, only myself and Trahearne will go. Everybody else stays at the beginning, where they spawn, and fights the respawning undead. Because of this, me and Trahearne will go into battle, get our butts whooped by the Sovereign Eye, and start back over at the beginning. This also happened on the quest which required us to go into the Princes Tomb.
